Chemical Peels

What is it?

Topical skin treatment to help brighten the skin, reduce fine lines, wrinkles, pigment irregularities.  There are 3 levels based on your skin needs.

• Illuminize - great for first time patients or someone looking to brighten the skin without the down time of actual peeling, think “Red Carpet Ready”

• Vitalize - great for patients looking to improve sun damage, acne scarring, hyperpigmentation; mild to moderate peeling for 2-5 days

• Rejuvenize - great for patients with moderate to severe skin imperfections, such as deep acne scarring and melasma; moderate peeling for 2-5 days

Does it hurt?

Pain free! Patients receiving the rejuvenize peel may experience some burning/tingling after application.

What can I expect?

Results follow 1 week after peel is applied. More severe skin imperfections may need 3-4 treatments, 3-4 weeks apart.

With adequate skin care and sunscreen use, the results should last a year.

The application takes about 20 minutes, including skin cleansing.

Restrictions?

Avoid sun exposure following peels.
